Job Description

The Manager – “APOS” will be responsible for leading and managing a team of finance and accounting professionals to deliver high-quality accounting, payroll, and outsourced services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in financial management, and a proven track record of overseeing financial operations in a dynamic environment for multiple clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of financial professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee the delivery of accounting, payroll, and outsourced services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training and development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics to clients and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation,and financial forecasting for the department.
  • Assist in business development activities, including client acquisition and retention strategies.

Other Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in accounting, payroll, and outsourced financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a Finance advisory or consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of advanced financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
